Workout 2
Second workout:
Strength: Deadlift for sets of 5 (goal was to demonstrate and practice good form)
Met-con: 3 rounds
400m run
10 burpees
10 jumping pull-ups
15 Athletes but Coach Jarmon got the green box today.
It's interesting to watch you push yourselves. Some of you know how to go hard, some are still learning. All of you have the potential. You are in the early days, if you keep coming, if you learn to push yourselves, both individually and collectively, you will be a powerful team.
